A City Within a City

The complex is unlike any other development project in Poland. With its 212 metres and 50 storeys, Sky Tower will be the highest residential building in Poland.

Luxury apartments, convenient offices, a modern shopping centre and comprehensive service and leisure facilities – all this will make life in Sky Tower taste different and add a new and unprecedented dimension to the “city within a city” phrase.

The Sky Tower complex will comprise a podium building with a shopping centre and two residential and office buildings. The total area of the entire project will be in excess of 171,000 m2. Sky Tower will be made of 25,000 tonnes of steel and about 4 hectares of glass.
